Mobile Repairing Trainer – Job Description

Position: Mobile Repairing Trainer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Repairing Trainer to provide theoretical and practical training in mobile phone hardware repair, software troubleshooting, PCB repair, and fault diagnosis.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide hands-on training in i phone, smartphone and mobile phone repairing.
- Teach mobile phone software, hardware components and their functions.
- Train students in mobile phone dismantling and assembling.
- Teach circuit tracing, schematic reading, and PCB troubleshooting.
- Provide practical training in soldering, desoldering, jumper work, and component replacement.
- Train students in testing and replacing ICs, capacitors, resistors, diodes, connectors, and other components.
- Teach troubleshooting of charging, display, touch, microphone, speaker, network, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and power-related faults.
- Provide basic software troubleshooting, flashing, firmware installation, and software-related fault diagnosis.
- Train students in the use of multimeters, DC power supplies, soldering stations, hot-air stations, and other repair tools.




- Conduct practical assessments and evaluate student performance.
- Maintain workshop tools and ensure proper safety procedures.

Qualification & Skills

- ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or a related field preferred.
- 6 Month –5 years of practical experience in mobile repairing.
- Strong knowledge of Android smartphones and mobile hardware.
- Positive understanding of mobile PCB circuits and troubleshooting.
- Skilled in soldering, desoldering, and component-level repair.
- Knowledge of mobile software flashing and troubleshooting.
- Good communication and teaching skills.

Preferred Experience

- Experience as a Mobile Repair Technician, Mobile Hardware Engineer, or Technical Trainer.
- Experience in component-level and motherboard repair will be an added advantage.

Salary – 15000 to 20000

Negotiable based on experience and technical skills
