Shawarmashi is hiring an experienced Arabic Cuisine Chef with at least 3 years of qualified experience, specializing in shawarma and Al Faham. The role focuses on recipe research and development, refining existing dishes, and improving overall taste, quality, and consistency. The chef will also train kitchen staff in authentic preparation, marination, and grilling techniques, and establish standardized procedures that uphold strict hygiene and food safety standards. A strong command of Arabic spices, traditional cooking methods, and proven expertise in shawarma and Al Faham is required.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
