Role Objective To provide scientific and medical support to brands, divisions and strategy teams through CMEs, symposia, KOL engagement, RWE studies and publications, ensuring scientifically sound, evidence-based and compliant brand communication that strengthens the credibility of the portfolio among healthcare professionals. Principal Tasks & Responsibilities Brand support: Provide strategic scientific inputs on brand positioning for new launches during the pre-launch phase and share them with Marketing. Plan and run CMEs, webinars (Dr Connect), nursing education programs and patient awareness initiatives for established brands. Respond to scientific queries from the field force and internal teams. Symposia: Prepare scientific presentations, coordinate with faculty, brief moderators and conduct scientific events and symposia. Dr Connect/KOL: Build and maintain relationships with KOLs and faculty. Coordinate faculty for symposia and ensure effective faculty connect during divisional and Bhat events. Scientific advisory: Prepare ROL presentations for innovator brands and support brand communication discussions with evidence-based inputs. Strategy team support: Conduct portfolio landscaping exercises,



support portfolio optimization of established brands and develop scientific rationales for new drug pipelines. RWE studies: Identify study objectives, develop protocols and CRFs, and drive studies through to publication. Manuscripts and publications: Prepare RWE publications, case series, newsletters, journal updates and journal ToCs. Training and development: Conduct FLP and other training sessions to build the scientific knowledge of internal customers. Cross-functional collaboration: Work with PVG on SmPC, provide medical support to the Legal team for defence, and coordinate with NPD and Regulatory teams to ensure medical accuracy and compliance.
