Job Description – CRM Manager

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented CRM Manager to lead and manage customer relationship and post-sales operations for our real estate business. The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience, preferably in the real estate industry, with strong knowledge of CRM operations, customer handling, documentation, collections, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete CRM process from booking to possession and post-sales support.
- Handle customer queries, requests, complaints, and ensure timely resolution.
- Manage demand letters, payment reminders, receipts, ledgers, and account statements.
- Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with customers for timely collections.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, Construction, and other departments.
- Manage BBA, agreements, registry, possession, and other customer documentation.
- Maintain accurate customer records and CRM databases.
- Prepare MIS reports, customer reports,



payment status reports, and management updates.
- Lead, guide, and monitor the CRM team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and improve CRM processes, reporting systems, and customer communication practices.
- Handle escalated customer issues professionally and coordinate with management for appropriate resolution.

Requirements

- 10+ years of relevant experience in CRM, preferably real estate.
- Strong team-management, communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, CRM software, MIS reporting, collections, and post-sales operations.
- Robust understanding of real estate documentation and customer lifecycle management.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
