Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Executive to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate should have experience in the FMCG industry or at least 1 year of sales experience and should be comfortable communicating with customers and handling day-to-day sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries, orders, and follow-ups.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Generate new business opportunities and follow up with potential customers.
- Coordinate with distributors, retailers, and internal teams.
- Achieve assigned sales and customer-service targets.
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers.
- Prepare basic sales reports and maintain customer records.
- Resolve customer queries and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Support promotional and marketing activities when required.
- Conduct market visits and collect feedback on products, pricing, and competitors.





Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales.
- Experience in FMCG industry will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented and positive attitude.
- Ability to handle follow-ups and build customer relationships.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer and market visits.
- Languages: Gujarati and Hindi; basic English preferred.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience with FMCG products, distributors, retailers, or dealers.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Local candidates from Vadodara will be preferred.
