Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Experience: 5–7 Years (Assistant Manager) | 10+ Years (Manager)
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech – Electrical / Electronics
Travel: Rajasthan & occasional outstation.
Segment: Kusum A & C | IPP / Utility EPCs.

Job Summary

Responsible for driving sales and business development for Solar PV Modules and BESS across EPCs, IPPs, developers and institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities

· Achieve sales targets and generate new business opportunities.

· Develop and maintain relationships with EPCs, IPPs, developers and key customers.

· Generate and convert enquiries into orders.

· Conduct customer meetings, site visits, presentations and negotiations.

· Monitor market trends, competitors and sales pipeline.

· Coordinate with internal teams for proposals,



quotations, orders and execution.

Candidate Profile

· Assistant Manager: 5–7 years | Manager: 10+ years relevant sales experience.

· Experience in Solar PV Modules / BESS and B2B sales.

· Solid business development, negotiation and customer relationship skills.

· Experience with EPCs / IPPs / developers preferred.

· Willingness to travel across Rajasthan.

Work Profile: 40–50% Office | 50–60% Field.
