We are looking for a skilled Robotics Programmer – CNC/VMC to develop, program, commission, and troubleshoot robotic automation systems integrated with CNC/VMC machines. The candidate will be responsible for robot programming, machine interfacing, production support, cycle-time improvement, and troubleshooting of automated machining cells

Program and teach industrial robots for CNC/VMC machine loading and unloading applications.  Develop and modify robot programs for pick-and-place, machine tending, palletizing, and material handling.  Perform robot teaching, jogging, coordinate setup, tool calibration, and position correction.  Operate and edit CNC/VMC programs using G-code and M-code.  Set and adjust CNC work offsets, tool offsets, and machining parameters.  Integrate robots with CNC machines, PLCs, sensors, grippers, and safety systems.  Troubleshoot robot, CNC, PLC, sensor, pneumatic, and communication-related issues.



 Commission current robotic CNC/VMC cells and conduct production trials.  Optimize robot movement, machining sequence, and cycle time.  Develop and maintain robot programs, backup files, and machine documentation.  Identify and resolve recurring automation and production problems.  Support preventive maintenance and breakdown activities for robotic automation systems.  Ensure compliance with safety procedures and machine/robot safety interlocks.  Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams.Train operators and technicians on basic robot and CNC operation where required

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
