Our Kochi office supports the Group's business development and professional services activities, including its UAE operations.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, confident, and well-organised Business Development Executive to join our Kochi office.

This is an office-based business development role involving lead generation, client communication, online meetings, follow-ups, and marketing outreach. The candidate will interact remotely with prospective clients, understand their requirements, introduce our services, and coordinate further discussions with our professional team.

Excellent English communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up leads through calls, email, WhatsApp, and other online channels.
- Communicate with prospective clients and participate in online business meetings.
- Understand client requirements and introduce relevant professional and business services.




- Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospective clients and our professional team.
- Maintain lead records, client relationships, and systematic follow-ups to support business conversion.

Qualifications & Skills

- Graduation or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in business development, client coordination, sales, or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office and digital communication tools.
- Confident in communicating with clients through calls, emails, and online meetings.
- Proactive, organised, and capable of independently managing leads and follow-ups.
