RTO & Back Office Executive:

We are looking for a candidate with 1–3 years of relevant experience in RTO & Back Office operations, preferably in the two-wheeler/automobile dealership industry.

Qualification: Graduation in any Manner
Experience: 1–3 Years preferred
Industry: Two-Wheeler Dealership

Key Responsibilities:

- Vehicle RTO registration and documentation.
- Coordinate with RTO, customers, agents, Sales & Accounts teams.
- Manage RC, HSRP, insurance and pending RTO cases.
- Maintain daily Excel trackers, MIS and vehicle records.
- Handle back-office documentation, data entry and filing.
- Follow up on pending documents and ensure timely closure.
- Provide customer support for RTO and registration-related queries.

Skills: MS Excel, documentation, communication, coordination, follow-up and basic RTO knowledge.
