AVM Labs is looking for dedicated and compassionate Blood Collection Technicians (BCTs) to join our team. We welcome both freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience.

Job Responsibilities

- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection according to standard operating procedures.
- Identify patients correctly and verify test requisitions before sample collection.
- Properly label, document, handle, store, and transport blood samples.
- Follow infection prevention, laboratory safety, and biomedical waste management protocols.
- Maintain accurate patient and sample collection records.
- Ensure patient comfort and provide professional assistance during the collection process.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the collection area and equipment.
- Coordinate with laboratory and customer support teams for smooth operations.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and applicable regulatory guidelines.

Educational Qualification

- DMLT
- B.Sc. Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT)
- Allied Health Science graduates

Experience

- Freshers are welcome.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of relevant experience can apply.
- Experienced phlebotomists are preferred.

Required Skills

- Good venipuncture and blood collection skills.




- Knowledge of infection control and laboratory safety.
- Good patient-handling and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
