Grameen Sahara is a not-for-profit organization committed to promoting inclusive and sustainable development through programmes focused on livelihoods, community empowerment, education, women’s empowerment and social well-being across Assam and the Northeast.

We are looking for a motivated and field-oriented professional to join us and work closely with rural communities and local stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement project activities at the field level as per project plans and targets.
- Conduct regular field visits and facilitate community mobilization and engagement.
- Coordinate with beneficiaries, community institutions and local stakeholders.
- Support awareness programmes, meetings, trainings and community-level interventions.
- Maintain field records,



collect data and submit timely reports and documentation.
- Monitor project activities and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline; Social Work, Rural Development, Sociology, Development Studies or related fields preferred.
- Freshers can also apply and 1–3 years of relevant field experience in NGO/CSR/community development projects preferred.
- Positive communication skills in Assamese/Bengali and English.
- Basic computer and documentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the project area

Pay: ₹18,000.00 per month
