Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: BBA / MBA or Equivalent
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.
- Screen and shortlist profiles based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process until joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Ensure timely closure of positions with quality candidates.
- Build a robust pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Work with complete dedication and ownership to close requirements within timelines.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
