Job Summary

We are seeking a Stock Audit Executive to manage physical stock verification and inventory reconciliation across manufacturing units, warehouses and site locations. The role will be responsible for maintaining stock accuracy, identifying variances and preparing inventory reports.

Responsibilities

* Conduct physical verification of raw materials, work-in-progress and finished goods.

* Reconcile physical stock with ERP/Tally and other inventory records.

* Verify stock records against purchase, production and material movement documents.

* Monitor material usage, wastage and scrap generation.

* Conduct stock audits at warehouses, factories and project/site locations.

* Verify serial numbers and model numbers of electrical products.

* Check material issue and return records.

* Prepare stock variance, ageing and slow-moving inventory reports.

* Coordinate with production, purchase, stores and sales teams during stock verification.

* Support internal, external and statutory stock verification activities.

* Maintain proper documentation of stock audit findings.

* Travel to different warehouse,



factory and site locations as required.

Requirements

* B.Com, B.E. Mechanical or B.E. Electrical preferred.

* 1–3 years of relevant experience in stock audit, inventory control or a related field.

* Working knowledge of ERP/Tally and MS Excel.

* Knowledge of inventory reconciliation and stock verification processes.

* Good understanding of steel, fabrication or electrical product categories.

* Knowledge of VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables is preferred.

* Ability to understand BOMs, fabrication drawings or material specifications is an advantage.

* Willingness to travel regularly to different work locations.
