CBitss Technologies is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Zirakpur. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing, website management, and the ability to train students on real-world Digital Marketing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various channels.
- Manage and optimize company/client websites and ensure regular updates.
- Handle SEO, SEM, social media marketing, Google Ads, and content marketing activities.
- Monitor website traffic, rankings, leads, and campaign performance using relevant analytics tools.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and improve online visibility.
- Train and mentor students on practical Digital Marketing projects and industry tools.
- Guide students in live projects, assignments, and campaign execution.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, Google algorithms, and industry practices.
- Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
- Solid knowledge of SEO, Google Ads/PPC,
Social Media Marketing, Google Analytics, and Search Console.
- Good understanding of WordPress/CMS and website management.
- Ability to manage and troubleshoot basic website-related tasks.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts and train students effectively.
- Practical, project-oriented approach to Digital Marketing.
Eligibility:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Candidates with both Digital Marketing execution + training experience will be preferred.
