Cilead Pharmaceuticals Private Limited is looking for a proactive and organized Freelance HR Executive to support our growing team with recruitment, employee management, HR documentation and day-to-day HR operations.
The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling HR activities, coordinating with management and helping the company build an efficient and productive workforce.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Hiring
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Medical Representatives (MRs), Assistant Business Managers (ABMs), sales executives and office staff.
- Post job openings on job portals, social media and relevant recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and coordinate final interviews with management.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates and follow up on vacancies.
2. Employee Onboarding & Documentation
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters and employment agreements.
- Manage employee joining formalities and maintain employee records.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and ensure timely completion of documentation.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave and basic HR records.
3. Payroll & HR Administration
- Coordinate monthly salary data and payroll processing with management or the accounts team.
- Maintain employee salary structures, attendance records and incentive details.
- Assist with PF, ESI and other applicable statutory compliance documentation.
- Track employee resignations, notice periods and exit formalities.
4. Employee Engagement & Performance
- Coordinate with employees and managers to address routine HR matters.
- Support performance review processes and employee retention initiatives.
- Maintain regular communication with field employees and sales managers.
- Assist management in developing HR policies and standard operating procedures.
5. HR Reporting
- Submit monthly recruitment and employee status reports.
- Maintain updated employee databases and vacancy tracking sheets.
- Provide regular updates to management on hiring progress and HR activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; HR or management qualification preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations preferred.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, FMCG or field-sales recruitment will be an advantage.
- Good communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of job portals, MS Excel and HR documentation.
- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
- Strong follow-up and time-management skills.
