About the Role
We are looking for a Pharma Assistant to support the day-to-day functioning of the Hospital Pharmacy, including dispensing support, stock management, inventory checks and coordination with hospital departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day pharmacy operations.
- Receive, check and organise medicines and pharmacy supplies.
- Maintain proper stock levels and monitor stock movement.
- Check expiry dates and ensure medicines are stored appropriately.
- Assist in dispensing medicines as per prescriptions and established pharmacy procedures.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, wards and other departments regarding medicine requirements.
- Prepare and maintain pharmacy records and stock registers.
- Monitor fast-moving and critical medicines and inform the pharmacist/HOD when replenishment is required.
- Assist with periodic stock verification and reconciliation.
- Ensure the pharmacy is kept organised,
clean and properly stocked.
- Follow Hospital procedures relating to medication storage, handling and documentation.
- Support the pharmacist/HOD with other pharmacy-related duties as required.
Educational Qualification
- B.Pharm or Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm)
- Valid registration with the applicable Pharmacy Council, wherever required.
- Freshers may be considered; relevant hospital pharmacy experience will be an advantage.

- Willingness to work shifts, if required

Reports to: Pharmacist / Pharmacy HOD
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
