Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Principal AI/ML Architect with 8–10 years of experience in designing, developing, deploying, and operationalizing enterprise-scale AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.

The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector search, AI Agents, cloud platforms, MLOps, and LLMOps.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement end-to-end enterprise AI/ML and Generative AI architectures.
- Develop hands-on AI solutions using Python, AI/ML frameworks, APIs, and cloud services.
- Build solutions using LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, and LLM evaluation.
- Design and integrate AI Agents / Agentic AI solutions.
- Implement model training, deployment, inference, evaluation, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Establish MLOps/LLMOps practices, including CI/CD, model and prompt versioning, testing, monitoring, and observability.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, data platforms, and cloud environments.
- Design solutions with a focus on security, privacy, scalability, performance, reliability, governance, and cost optimization.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical leadership and mentoring to AI/ML engineering teams.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of hands-on AI/ML experience.




- Strong hands-on Python development.
- Expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI/LLMs.
- Hands-on experience with RAG, embeddings, vector search/vector databases, prompt engineering, context engineering, and LLM evaluation.
- Strong experience with at least one major cloud platform: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Hands-on experience with MLOps / LLMOps.
- Experience with model deployment, monitoring, CI/CD, containers, APIs, and microservices.
- Experience working with structured and unstructured data and data pipelines.
- Strong understanding of AI security, privacy, Responsible AI, and enterprise governance.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.

Important

This is a hands-on Architect role. Candidates should be able to design, code, integrate, deploy, troubleshoot, monitor, and operationalize AI/ML and Generative AI solutions, rather than focusing only on high-level architecture.
