Customer Support Executive – Healthcare Software

Company: Hextgen AI Medtech Pvt Ltd(https://www.hextgen.com/)

Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad – In-Office

Experience: 0-1 Yrs

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month

Timings: 9am to 6pm

Requirements

- Age: 25–40 years
- Diploma / Graduate
- Fluent in Telugu(mandatory), Hindi & English
- Positive communication and basic computer skills
- Comfortable supporting customers on healthcare software
- Handle customer queries, basic troubleshooting, follow-ups, and coordinate with the technical/product team
- Own laptop mandatory

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
