What you'll do

Payroll & Compliance
Contribute to the setup, documentation, and continuous improvement of payroll and compliance processes, particularly in India.
Support the preparation of payroll for multiple countries, with a primary focus on India and the APAC region; experience supporting payroll in additional countries is a plus.
Ensure adherence to local labor laws and regulations, with particular attention to payroll, statutory contributions,



and compliance requirements in India and APAC; familiarity with other jurisdictions is an asset.
Act as the main point of contact for payroll providers and internal teams on payroll-related matters.
Monitor regulatory and legal changes impacting payroll and employment compliance, ensuring timely implementation of updates.
Assist with internal and external audits related to payroll, social security, and employment compliance.

Legal & Regulatory Oversight
Ensure payroll practices are aligned with local labor laws, collective agreements, and internal policies.
Provide advice and guidance on payroll compliance and regulatory requirements to internal stakeholders.
Contribute to risk mitigation related to payroll, social security, and employment regulations.

Process Improvement & Tools
Drive continuous improvement of payroll and compliance processes, with a focus on India and the APAC region
