Job Summary:
As an AVP of Business Development, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with all insurers (PSU & PVT) / Brokers/ clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. You will act as the primary point of contact between the stakeholder and the company, addressing their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and retain clients for the region.
Drive recent business acquisition with all insurers/brokers.
Review reports on insurance companies/brokers with the Leadership Team and proactively drive on issues before escalations.
Maintain relationships with the head offices of insurance companies, brokers, etc., Maintain valuable rapport with sales team of all PVT insurance Cos.
Handle API integration with all brokers. Ensure that all brokers are integrated with us through API.
Monitoring the collection service fees for the region.
Oversee department functions such as Customer Care, Claims, Contact Centre, and related functions with an emphasis on respective clients.
