Job Description
Lead a team of US IT recruiters in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for our clients
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet hiring targets and deadlines
Mentor and coach team members to improve performance and reach goals
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and ensure timely delivery of quality candidates
Utilize ATS system and other tools to track candidates and monitor progress
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and prospects for improvement
Provide regular reports and updates to management on team performance and hiring metrics.
