Position Description We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer with deep experience in building scalable, resilient, and high-performance applications using modern Java technologies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate hands-on technical leadership, expertise in microservices architecture, robust knowledge of DevOps practices and proficiency in integrating up-to-date frontend and backend systems. Experience with Generative AI (GenAI) tools and frameworks will be an added advantage. Job Functions/Duties and Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end architectural solutions for enterprise-grade applications.Design, develop, and maintain high quality Java-based applications using up-to-date frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring Cloud.Define and drive architecture for microservices, distributed systems, event-driven patterns and cloud-native workloads.Provide strategic leadership in designing and implementing robust architectures for microservices, distributed systems, event-driven solutions, ensuring scalability,
resilience and alignment with enterprise standards.Collaborate with product owners and engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.Work with RESTful APIs, event-driven architectures and message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).Contribute to architectural decisions, code reviews and best practices.Provide technical leadership, mentor engineering teams and promote clean coding practices.Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab.Deploy and manage applications on Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) using Kubernetes, Docker, Helm.Ensure security, performance, and compliance in all development practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) in Agile/Scrum environments.Leverage GenAI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Azure OpenAI, LangChain) for code generation, documentation and productivity improvements.Skills Required
