Job Description:
Training, E-Learning, & Management Support
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-curious individual to support internal teams by improving processes, managing data, and assisting with learning initiatives using Microsoft 365 and other business tools. The technology landscape is evolving, so a willingness to learn recent tools and apply them to everyday work is an important part of this role.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with teammates, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to support project goals and deliver quality work
Build and maintain basic solutions using available business tools, such as forms, workflows, lists, and straightforward automations
Manage SharePoint lists, document libraries, and structured data
Assist with process improvements and basic workflow automation
Support the development and maintenance of reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar tools
Contribute to the development of training documentation, curricula, and learning materials.
Help track and report on training and operational metrics




Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate when needed
Document processes, solutions, and support information to help with knowledge sharing
Explore and become familiar with new tools and technologies as they are introduced

Qualifications
Required
1–3 years of work experience in a related role
Experience with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Excel, etc.)
Familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI or
