About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Product Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives across Auto Loans, Two-Wheeler (TW) Loans and Commercial Vehicle & Construction Equipment (CV/CE) Lending. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in designing and managing digital lending journeys, process transformation and AI-led automation initiatives. The role requires a combination of business, product, technology and data capabilities to build seamless, scalable and customer-centric lending solutions
Key Responsibilities
Digital Product Management
•Own and manage end-to-end digital lending journeys across Auto, Two-Wheeler and CV/CE lending products.
•Identify customer, business and operational pain points and convert them into scalable digital solutions.
•Define product vision, roadmap, features and business requirements.
•Work closely with Business, Operations, Technology, Risk and Analytics teams for product delivery.
•Drive continuous enhancement of customer journeys and operational processes
Process & Digital Transformation




•Lead initiatives focused on digitization and automation of lending processes.
•Simplify application, verification, underwriting, approval and disbursement journeys.
•Identify prospects to improve TAT, conversion, productivity and customer experience.
•Drive straight-through processing (STP) and paperless lending initiatives.
AI & Automation Projects
•Drive AI-led initiatives across the lending lifecycle.
•Experience in projects such as:
•AI-based underwriting automation
•Credit decisioning and risk assessment
•Bot/AI calling for customer engagement and follow-ups
•Document intelligence and data extraction
•AI-assisted verification and operational automation
•Collaborate with Data Science, AI/ML and Technology teams to translate business requirements into implementable AI use cases.
•Define success metrics and track business impact of AI initiatives
