Job Description:

We are looking for Head of Brand for our brands - Gkhair, pH, Keune, Glamourbook (each brand will have 1 unique head of brand).

Responsibities
Craft Annual strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and CreativePrepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing departmentSet, monitor and report on team goalsDesign & Innovate branding,



positioning and pricing strategies for the brand.Ensure our brand message is solid and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personasIdentify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market shareMonitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and recent products and features)Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awarenessParticipate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectivesStrategize & drive Social media, PR, ATL, BTL & Digital objectives for the brand.Drive an productive internal & external communication approach to announce all initiatives and USP's to all stakeholders Drive traffic to websites and grow sales on both online & offline platforms. Grow brand advocacy and authoratitative position for the brand.
