Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Infra Support Engineer to join our team and provide technical support for our Zscaler, AVD and O365 implementations. The ideal candidate will have deep understanding of these technologies and proven track record of success in troubleshooting and resolving complex infrastructure issues.
Qualifications
· Graduation/Post graduation in, Computers, Information Systems, Computer Science, or Information technology systems.
· 10+ years of work experience in infrastructure implementation, support with Zscaler, AVD and O365.
· At least one technical certification (CCNA/MCSE/RHCE/Etc).
· Robust understanding of networking, virtualization and cloud technologies.
· Experience with Zscaler, AVD and O365.
· Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
· Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.




· Robust analytic skills and business judgment with ability to independently assess and resolve complex program/project issues.
· Knowledge of banking business and information technology practices and trends in banking sector.
Skills Required
· Solid understanding of Zscaler architecture, configuration and troubleshooting.
· Expertise in Microsoft azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) deployment, management and troubleshooting.
· Proficient in Office 365 applications, Azure Active Directory and security configurations.
· In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, routing and security.
· Experience in Windows and Linux operating systems.
· Ability to write scripts to automate tasks and manage infrastructure.
· Understanding of cloud concepts such as Infrastructure as Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS).
· Excellent written and verbal communication skill to interact with users, vendors and management.
· Ability to prioritize the tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneous
