About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Account Executive to drive business growth by identifying new accounts, opportunities, building solid client relationships, and expanding existing accounts. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT services / software solutions sales and a strong understanding of the technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market research.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
Build and maintain solid relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Understand client business needs and position relevant IT services, software development, cloud, data, AI, and digital solutions.
Work closely with Pre-Sales, Delivery, Technology, and WFM teams to develop appropriate solutions and proposals.
Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and commercial discussions.
Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve assigned revenue targets.




Identify opportunities for account expansion, cross-selling, and up-selling within existing clients.
Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technology opportunities.
Maintain accurate sales activities, opportunities, forecasts, and account information in CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales closure to project initiation.

Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT services, software development, or technology consulting.
Proven experience in selling technology services or solutions to mid-market or enterprise clients.
Strong understanding of software development and IT service offerings.
Experience managing the end-to-end sales lifecycle.
Solid communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Ability to engage with CXO, VP, Director, and senior technology
