Key Reasonability:
Lead and manage end-to-end Job Costing operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant delivery aligned with SLA requirements.
Drive customer experience and business profitability through solid financial governance (SO/PO, RR, GR/IR).
Own team performance, resource optimization, and transformation initiatives such as centralization, automation, standardization, and SCP/NFTP adoption.
Driving continues improvement through the Maersk way, Kaizen, and Visual Management Systems (VMS) to enhance efficiency and transparency.
Act as the primary escalation point, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder alignment
Ensure adherence to SOPs and IOPs, while continuously refining to improve operational consistency.
Manage team capacity, workload allocation, and productivity optimization
Coach and develop team members to enhance Job costing capability and business understanding.
Build up team talent pipeline.

Experience
Minimum 7 years of experience in Finance Operations, Shared Services, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.




Solid experience in FinOps operations.
Hands-on experience in Invoice Processing and Payment Processing.
Experience managing customer-facing operational processes.
Proven experience working with stakeholders across multiple countries or regions.
Minimum 2 years of people management experience leading operational teams.

Preferred Qualifications
