Position Overview:

As the Head of Strategic Alliances for a Life Insurance company, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding our distribution network through strategic partnerships with third-party distributors, including corporate agents, digital platforms, insurance brokers, and other key alliances. Reporting directly to the Chief Distribution Officer, you will lead the development and execution of alliance strategies to maximize sales and distribution reach on a national scale.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic alliance plans to identify, cultivate, and manage partnerships with third-party distributors, including corporate agents, digital platforms, insurance brokers, and other relevant channels.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, product development, and underwriting teams, to align alliance strategies with business objectives and market dynamics.
Lead negotiations and contractual discussions with potential alliance partners,



ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive sales growth and enhance market presence.
Provide leadership and guidance to regional alliance teams to execute alliance initiatives effectively and achieve sales targets.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for strategic alliances and differentiate our offerings in the market.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of alliance partnerships, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing corrective actions as needed to optimize results.
Foster solid relationships with alliance partners, serving as the primary point of contact and addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Stay abreast of industry regulations, market developments, and emerging trends in distribution channels to anticipate challenges and capitalize on prospects.
