Job Title: B2B Sales / Project Sales / Dealer Management

Location: Madurai, Tamil Nadu

We are looking for an experienced sales professional to manage dealers, develop new business, and drive sales growth for the Lighting Division within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with electrical dealers, contractors, builders, consultants, and project customers.
- Expand the dealer network and identify new business opportunities.
- Generate sales through dealer, contractor, consultant, and project channels.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements, competitor activities, and market trends.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Ensure timely payment collection and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing,



product availability, and customer support.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market updates.

Requirements

- Any Degree.
- 3 to 8 years of experience in B2B Sales, Project Sales, or Dealer Management.
- Strong experience in direct dealer handling and project sales.
- Good understanding of the electrical and lighting industry.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to independently manage and grow an assigned territory.
- Customer-focused approach with valuable business acumen.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in lighting, electrical products, wires, cables, building materials, construction products, or related industries will be preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
