- Job Purpose

To promote the company’s diamond and gemstone certification services, develop new business opportunities, maintain robust relationships with jewellery businesses, and increase customer engagement and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit jewellery shops, manufacturers, wholesalers, and other potential customers to promote certification services.
- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers and ensure regular follow-up.
- Explain diamond and gemstone certification services, processes, and benefits to customers.
- Generate leads through market visits, calls, references, and other marketing activities.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and potential business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the laboratory and internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.
- Collect customer requirements and communicate them accurately to the concerned department.
- Maintain daily visit reports, customer details, lead status, and follow-up records.
- Achieve assigned monthly marketing and business targets.
- Conduct regular market visits and identify new jewellery businesses in the assigned area.
- Participate in jewellery exhibitions, trade shows, customer meetings,



and promotional activities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities and report relevant information to management.
- Ensure timely collection and submission of customer documents, samples, or other required materials as per company procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Experience in jewellery, diamonds, gemstones, certification, or related industries will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of diamonds and gemstones is preferred.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Customer-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and market activities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Preferred Candidate

A candidate with Sales/Marketing experience or Sales in Jewellery / Diamond industry will be preferred.
