Job Overview

We are looking for an Accountant with 2–4 years of experience in a construction company. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting, project/site-related accounts, vendor transactions, billing and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.
- Maintain project/site-wise accounts and expense records.
- Handle purchase, sales, payment and receipt entries.
- Verify contractor, subcontractor and vendor bills.
- Manage Tally/ERP, ledgers and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers and payment documents.
- Handle GST, TDS and statutory accounting.
- Coordinate with site and project teams for bill verification and documentation.




- Prepare monthly MIS and accounts reports.
- Maintain proper records of financial transactions and supporting documents.

Requirements

- Graduate in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in a construction company.
- Good knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, GST and TDS.
- Experience in project/site accounting will be preferred.
- Good numerical, analytical and documentation skills.
