Key Responsibilities:

-Plan, schedule, and track execution of business expansion, branding, and operational projects

-Coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, CRM, Finance, and Operations teams

-Set project timelines, milestones, and deliverables; monitor progress against targets

-Identify bottlenecks, risks, and resource gaps; escalate and resolve proactively

-Prepare and present project status reports (daily/weekly/monthly) to leadership

-Ensure adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards

-Drive process standardization and SOP implementation across departments

-Support new city/state launches under PAN INDIA expansion plans

-Maintain project documentation, trackers, and dashboards

Key Requirements:





-4–7 years of experience in project/program management, preferably in services, beauty, or D2C industries

-Strong organizational, planning, and stakeholder management skills

-Proficiency in Google Workspace, Notion, or similar project tracking tools

-Excellent written and verbal communication

-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under deadlines

-Age limit below 30.

Pay: ₹85,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
