HR Lead – Manufacturing

We are looking for an experienced “HR Lead” to build and manage the HR function for a growing manufacturing organization. The role will partner closely with Management, Operations, Production, Quality, R&D;, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle management.

* Drive manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and workforce deployment.

* Manage plant/manufacturing HR, employee relations, attendance, shifts, and grievances.

* Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and contractor compliance.

* Drive performance management, training & development, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.

* Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, processes, and HRMS systems.

* Prepare HR MIS, dashboards, manpower budgets,



and analytics for management.

* Support organization development, succession planning, and capability building.

Ideal Candidate:

MBA/PGDM in HR preferred, with *5–10 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in manufacturing/engineering. Strong knowledge of Indian labour compliance, recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and HR analytics is expected.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
