1. Project Planning & Execution

· Lead and manage complete project execution from site mobilization to final handover in accordance with approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, contracts, and project schedules.

· Prepare project execution plans, construction methodology, resource planning, work schedules, milestone tracking, and recovery plans to ensure timely project completion.

· Monitor daily site activities and ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, materials, and subcontractors.

· Review project progress regularly, identify execution challenges, and implement corrective actions to minimize delays.

· Ensure all construction activities comply with project specifications, contractual obligations, approved drawings, applicable IS Codes, and company standards.

2. Project Coordination

· Coordinate with Clients, Consultants, Architects, Project Management Consultants (PMC), Contractors, Government Authorities, and internal departments for smooth project execution.

· Lead project review meetings, progress meetings, coordination meetings, and technical discussions with all stakeholders.

· Resolve technical, commercial, contractual, and execution-related issues promptly.

· Ensure timely approvals of drawings, RFIs, materials, shop drawings, inspections, and work certifications.

· Maintain effective communication with senior management regarding project status and critical issues.

3. Billing & Commercial Management

· Monitor and approve Client Billing, RA Bills, Contractor Bills, Final Bills, and work certification.

· Ensure quantity verification as per BOQ, approved drawings, and executed work.

· Monitor billing schedules, payment certifications,



outstanding receivables, and project cash flow.

· Review variation orders, extra items, deviation claims, escalation claims, and contractual changes.

· Coordinate with Billing Engineers and Accounts for timely invoicing, collections, and commercial documentation.

4. Project Monitoring & Reporting

· Monitor project progress against baseline schedules and contractual milestones.

· Review Daily Progress Reports (DPR), Weekly Progress Reports (WPR), Monthly Progress Reports (MPR), productivity reports, and project MIS.

· Track manpower deployment, machinery utilization, material consumption, and work productivity.

· Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

· Submit periodic progress reports and project updates to management.

5. Resource & Team Management

· Lead and supervise Assistant Project Managers, Deputy Managers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, Billing Engineers, Planning Engineers, QA/QC Engineers, Safety Officers, Store, Purchase, and Administration teams.

· Allocate responsibilities, monitor performance, and ensure effective coordination among all departments.

· Review contractor performance, labour productivity, and resource utilization.

· Develop and maintain a high-performance project team focused on timely project delivery.

6. Material,



Procurement & Cost Control

· Review project material requirements and coordinate with the Purchase and Store Departments for timely procurement.

· Monitor material availability, inventory utilization, reconciliation, and wastage control.

· Review project budgets, monitor expenditures, and control project costs to achieve profitability.

· Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, equipment, and project resources while minimizing unnecessary expenses and rework.

7. Quality Management

· Ensure all construction activities comply with approved quality standards, drawings, specifications, and client requirements.

· Review quality inspection reports, material testing reports, cube tests, NCRs, punch lists, and corrective actions.

· Coordinate with QA/QC teams to ensure successful internal, client, and third-party inspections.

· Ensure quality objectives are achieved without compromising project timelines.

8. Safety, Compliance & Risk Management

· Ensure implementation of all Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies and statutory safety requirements across the project.

· Monitor compliance with PPE usage, permit-to-work systems, housekeeping standards, and emergency response procedures.

· Review safety audits, incident reports, and corrective actions to maintain a protected working environment.

· Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, client requirements, contractual obligations, and company policies.

Pay: ₹619,000.00 - ₹1,250,000.00 per year
