About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Executive – SEO, AIO & Organic Growth to drive organic visibility, traffic, conversions and revenue across the company website and priority product/category pages.

The role will focus on traditional SEO as well as emerging AI Search, AIO/GEO, content optimization and AI-driven discovery.

Key Responsibilities

- Own organic search growth for the company website and priority product/category pages.
- Execute on-page, technical and off-page SEO.
- Improve visibility across Google and emerging AI/GEO/AIO search experiences.
- Grow non-paid traffic, organic conversions and revenue.
- Build website authority through quality backlinks and digital PR/content opportunities.
- Improve page experience, engagement and user journeys.
- Manage customer queries, replies, refunds and coupon-code coordination.
- Create SEO-led content, FAQs, schema/structured content and product-page optimization.
- Generate qualified leads/FF for CHC and L&B; through QR-scan journeys.
- Track keyword rankings, competitors,



traffic, conversions and organic revenue.
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues.

What We're Looking For

- 2–5 years of hands-on SEO and organic growth experience.
- Strong understanding of technical, on-page and off-page SEO.
- Experience with Google Search Console, GA4 and SEO analytics.
- Understanding of schema, structured data, content optimization and link building.
- Familiarity with AI Search, AIO/GEO and emerging search technologies.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Positive written communication and content optimization abilities.
