Finance Manager (Reviewer)Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager (Reviewer) to oversee financial review, accounting accuracy, compliance, reporting, and internal financial controls. The role will focus on reviewing financial transactions and reports, identifying discrepancies, ensuring proper documentation, and supporting management with accurate financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Review daily financial transactions, accounting entries, invoices, bills, and expense records.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of financial documents before approval.
- Review accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Monitor bank transactions, petty cash, receipts, payments, and reconciliations.
- Review monthly financial statements, P&L;, balance sheet, and cash-flow reports.
- Ensure proper GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Review GST invoices, tax calculations, and supporting documents.
- Identify accounting discrepancies, errors, or unusual transactions and coordinate for corrections.
- Review payroll-related financial entries and salary calculations.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance against approved plans.
- Maintain proper financial records and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with auditors, accountants, banks, vendors, and internal departments when required.
- Establish and monitor internal financial controls and approval procedures.
- Prepare financial review reports and highlight key issues to management.
- Support management in financial planning, budgeting, and cost-control activities.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of financial information.
- Review and verify financial data before final submission or management approval.

Reviewer Responsibilities

The Finance Manager will act as a financial reviewer, ensuring that:





- Entries are properly supported by documents.
- Calculations and tax components are accurate.
- Expenses are within approved limits.
- Payments have the required authorization.
- Bank and cash balances are properly reconciled.
- Financial reports are accurate and consistent.
- Compliance requirements are followed.
- Errors or irregularities are identified and corrected promptly.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
- CA/ACCA/CMA qualification or relevant professional certification is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Experience with accounting software and MS Excel.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Experience

- 4–7 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, audit, or financial review.
- Experience in a reviewer, senior accountant, finance executive, or finance manager role is preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
