Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Senior Web Developer to join our technology team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and improving the company's websites and web applications.

The role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, project ownership, and the ability to work closely with management, design, and other internal teams to deliver reliable and user-friendly web solutions.

Key ResponsibilitiesWeb Development

- Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and web applications.
- Develop new features and functionalities based on business requirements.
- Write clean, scalable, reusable, and well-structured code.
- Optimize websites and applications for performance and reliability.
- Ensure websites are responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and application errors.

Front-End Development

- Develop user-friendly and responsive web interfaces.
- Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end technologies.
- Convert UI/UX designs into functional web pages.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design.
- Improve website usability and overall user experience.

Back-End Development

- Develop and maintain server-side applications and APIs.
- Work with databases and ensure efficient data management.
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services when required.




- Implement appropriate authentication and security practices.
- Develop scalable solutions based on business and operational requirements.

Website & Application Maintenance

- Monitor website and application performance.
- Identify and resolve bugs and technical issues.
- Perform regular updates, improvements, and security fixes.
- Manage website/application deployment and production releases.
- Maintain backups and ensure reliable website operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing systems.

Team & Project Coordination

- Work closely with management, UI/UX designers, and internal teams.
- Understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
- Guide and support junior developers when required.
- Review code and maintain development standards.
- Participate in project planning and technical discussions.
- Ensure projects and assigned tasks are completed within timelines.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience with modern frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Good knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js, PHP, Python, or .NET.
- Experience with REST APIs and API integrations.
- Knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Good knowledge of Git and version control.
- Understanding of website hosting and deployment.
- Knowledge of website security and performance optimization.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of responsive and mobile-friendly web development.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,



Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of relevant web development experience.
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining websites or web applications.
- Experience handling web development projects from development through deployment.
- Experience in guiding or mentoring junior developers will be an added advantage.
- Experience in EdTech, e-commerce, SaaS, or other technology-driven organizations will be preferred.
