About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled Videographer & Video Editor who can handle both video shooting and professional video editing for our company's social media content.

The ideal candidate should be able to shoot high-quality UGC videos, product videos, talking-head videos, promotional Reels and cinematic short-form content, and should have a good understanding of what works on Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities

- Shoot a minimum of 5 Reels/videos per day, depending on the shooting schedule and content requirements.
- Edit a minimum of 5 Reels/videos per day while maintaining good quality and consistency.
- Shoot professional UGC-style videos for products and social media campaigns.
- Shoot cinematic short-form videos with proper framing, lighting, camera movement and composition.
- Shoot product showcase, promotional, corporate, founder, employee and talking-head videos.
- Understand the concept/script and convert it into visually engaging video content.
- Handle camera, smartphone, tripod, lighting, microphone and other basic shooting equipment.
- Select appropriate camera angles, shots, transitions and B-roll according to the content.
- Edit videos professionally with cuts, transitions, subtitles, text animations, sound effects, music, color correction and basic color grading.
- Create videos optimized for Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Maintain proper video quality, aspect ratio,



resolution and export settings for different platforms.
- Follow current Reels, UGC and short-form video trends and implement relevant techniques.
- Work closely with the Social Media Executive, Marketing Team and Content Team.
- Organize and maintain video footage, project files and final exports properly.
- Deliver videos within the required timelines.

Required Skills

- Strong practical knowledge of videography and video editing.
- Experience in shooting UGC and short-form social media content.
- Good understanding of cinematic videography.
- Good knowledge of framing, composition, lighting, camera angles and camera movements.
- Good understanding of short-form content and social media trends.
- Professional editing skills in software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or similar software.
- Knowledge of CapCut or other short-form editing tools is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of color correction, color grading, audio editing, subtitles and motion graphics.
- Ability to work quickly without compromising the quality of the final video.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to understand a script and create visually engaging content from it.





Daily Output Expectations

The candidate should be comfortable with a high-volume content workplace.

Minimum expected output:

- 5 Reel/video shoots per day
- 5 Reel/video edits per day

The actual number may vary depending on the complexity of the shoot or project, but the candidate should have the capability to consistently handle high-volume short-form content production.

What We Are Looking For

We are not looking for someone who only knows basic video editing.

We need someone who can understand the complete process:

Concept → Shooting → Camera/Framing → Lighting → Audio → Editing → Color → Music/SFX → Captions → Final Social Media Video

The candidate should have the ability to create both professional UGC content and cinematic short-form videos.

If you don't know some small tools or techniques, that's not a major issue—we can help you learn. However, you should already have a strong practical understanding of videography, editing and social-media video content.

Experience

- Freshers with strong practical skills and a good portfolio/showreel may apply.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in videography and video editing will be preferred.
- Candidates must be able to show their previous work, portfolio or showreel.

Important

Portfolio/Showreel is highly preferred. Candidates should be able to demonstrate examples of their UGC videos, Reels, cinematic videos and edited social media content.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
