About the Role

AR Digital Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Online Bidder to generate business opportunities through online platforms, submit customized proposals, communicate with international clients, and acquire projects for our Digital Marketing, SEO, Website Development, and IT services.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and bid on relevant projects through Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and other online platforms.
- Prepare and submit customized bids, proposals, and quotations based on client requirements.
- Generate business opportunities from USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and other international markets.
- Communicate with prospects through bidding platforms, LinkedIn, email, and calls.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical and marketing teams.
- Handle client queries, negotiations, follow-ups, and initial project discussions.
- Convert qualified leads into projects and maintain strong client relationships.
- Research new markets, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
- Maintain records of bids, leads, proposals, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve monthly bidding, lead-generation, and project acquisition targets.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in online bidding/business development.
- Hands-on experience with Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer,



or similar platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience in IT, Digital Marketing, SEO, Website Development, or Software services is preferred.
- Strong proposal writing, negotiation, follow-up, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Target-oriented, confident, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
