About the Role

We are looking for a Tender Executive to find relevant tenders across government, PSU and private portals and to submit complete, error-free bids on time. You will own the process from finding the chance to final submission and follow-up.

What You Will Do

- Search tenders daily on GeM, CPPP (eprocure), IREPS, state e-procurement portals (including MahaTenders), PSU portals (NTPC, ONGC, IOCL, HPCL, NPCIL and others), SAP Ariba, and aggregators like Tender247 and BidAssist
- Set up keyword alerts for our services and keep a tender tracker with key dates, EMD and status
- Review tender documents, check eligibility (PQ) and support Go/No-Go decisions
- Register and renew vendor accounts on portals and manage Digital Signature Certificates (DSC)
- Compile technical and commercial documents and coordinate BOQ and pricing inputs with the estimation team
- Complete online submissions (document upload, digital signing, EMD payment, final submission) and hard-copy submissions where required
- Track corrigenda, extensions, bid openings, results and EMD refunds
- Coordinate with clients, authorities and internal teams, and share regular progress reports

What We Are Looking For

- Good understanding of the tender process: NIT/RFP,



pre-bid queries, two-envelope bidding, EMD, bank guarantees and L1 evaluation
- Familiarity with e-procurement portals and DSC-based submission
- Knowledge of eligibility documents such as GST, PAN, Udyam, ISO certificates and work-completion certificates
- Basic knowledge of civil, repair or waterproofing work is an advantage
- Strong MS Excel and Word skills, and comfort with PDF editing and compression
- Good written and spoken English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus)
- Fast, accurate reading of tender documents
- Handle several tenders at once under strict deadlines
- Stay calm and solve portal or upload problems close to closing time
- Work independently and learn new portals quickly
- Graduate (Civil Engineering or Diploma preferred; B.Com/BBA with tendering experience also considered)
- Honest, detail-oriented and careful with confidential bid information
- Willing to work extra hours near deadlines and travel occasionally for submissions
