What you'll do

- Research clients, audiences, categories, competitors and cultural context
- Develop content strategies, communication territories, messaging and campaign directions
- Generate ideas for campaigns, social content, films, activations and brand communication
- Write and direct copy across social, digital, campaigns, websites and brand communication
- Translate strategy into clear creative briefs for designers, filmmakers and motion designers
- Present ideas and strategic recommendations directly to clients
- Review content and raise the quality of thinking and execution
- Mentor developing content team members and help build Toruss's content capability

- Can clearly articulate and defend their thinking
- Is comfortable giving and receiving critique
- Takes ownership and follows ideas through to execution




- Uses AI intelligently to accelerate thinking—not replace it
- Enjoys collaborating with designers, strategists, filmmakers and developers

We care more about demonstrated capability than years of experience, although we would generally expect around 5+ years of relevant experience in content strategy, brand strategy, advertising, editorial or communications.

Agency/studio experience is a must.

The opportunity

This role has the potential to grow into Content Strategy Lead, with responsibility for building Toruss's wider content and communications practice.

Pay: ₹330,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
