About the Role
Cevex Events and Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive with experience in the events industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, handling clients, understanding event requirements, and converting leads into successful event projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and identify potential clients for event projects.
- Handle sales enquiries and follow up with prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable event solutions.
- Prepare and present quotations and proposals to clients.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Coordinate with the internal event production and operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Follow up on leads, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain proper records of leads, client communications, and sales activities.
- Keep track of market trends and identify current business opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Event Sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good client-handling and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.
- Good understanding of the events and hospitality industry.
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with internal teams.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and events when required.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
