Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily e-commerce order processing and dispatch activities.
- Handle order packing and dispatch as per defined timelines.
- Coordinate with the Sales Department and Transporters for smooth order dispatch.
- Verify order details, stock availability, and dispatch requirements.
- Maintain proper dispatch records and update order status.
- Coordinate with the warehouse/store team for physical stock verification.
- Handle domestic dispatch activities and ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly dispatch MIS using Advanced MS Excel.
- Coordinate with transporters and resolve dispatch-related issues.
- Ensure accurate documentation for all e-commerce and domestic dispatches.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Science or Arts.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in e-commerce, online dispatch or customer support.
- Excellent knowledge of Advanced MS Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Experience with ERP/SAP.
- Good understanding of inventory management and physical stock verification.
- Good coordination, follow-up and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
