Job Summary-

We are looking for a Digital / Performance / Growth Marketer with solid expertise in SEO, Social Media Marketing, Paid Advertising, and AI-powered marketing to drive online visibility, lead generation, customer acquisition, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities-

- Plan and execute Digital, Performance & Growth Marketing strategies.
- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other paid campaigns.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies including On-Page, Off-Page & Technical SEO.
- Manage Social Media Marketing, content strategy, and campaigns.
- Track and optimize CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, ROI & conversions.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
- Use AI tools for content creation, SEO, research, automation, analytics, and marketing optimization.
- Analyze campaign performance using GA4,



Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, etc.
- Work with content, creative, and sales teams to achieve marketing goals.

Requirements-

- 1–3 years of experience in Digital / Performance / Growth Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads & Social Media Marketing.
- Experience with analytics and marketing tools.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion optimization & marketing funnels.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and AI automation tools.
- Strong analytical, creative, and communication skills.

Preferred: Experience with AI SEO / GEO, marketing automation, and international campaigns.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
