Top Tier Tales Media is a creative media and content agency working with brands across social media, digital marketing, content creation, and visual storytelling.

We’re looking for a Creative Director who can lead the creative vision across our clients and bring robust, original ideas from concept to execution.

About the Role

As Creative Director, you’ll be responsible for shaping the creative direction, ideas, and overall quality of content produced by the team.

You’ll work closely with content writers, designers, videographers, editors, and social media teams to develop campaigns and content that are strategically sound, visually robust, and relevant to each brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the creative direction for multiple brands and campaigns
- Develop original campaign ideas, content concepts, and creative strategies
- Translate client briefs into clear and compelling creative directions
- Review and improve scripts, concepts, visual ideas, and final content
- Guide the creative team across content, design, photography, and video
- Ensure every brand has a consistent and recognisable creative identity
- Participate in client discussions and understand their business and communication goals
- Present creative concepts and campaign ideas to clients
- Identify opportunities to make content more engaging, distinctive, and platform-relevant




- Stay updated with social media trends, emerging formats, pop culture, and digital content
- Mentor junior members of the creative team and help improve their work
- Manage multiple creative projects while maintaining quality and deadlines
- Work closely with the production team to ensure creative ideas are executed effectively

Requirements

- Prior experience in a creative agency, advertising agency, media company, or similar environment
- Strong understanding of social media and digital content
- Excellent conceptual and creative thinking skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to develop ideas across different formats and industries
- Strong understanding of storytelling, branding, and visual communication
- Ability to lead and give constructive creative feedback
- Comfortable working with multiple brands and deadlines
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative campaigns, concepts, or brand work
