JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations of the Sealing Unit, ensuring production targets, product quality, safety, and effective utilization of manpower and materials.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Supervise daily Sealing Unit production targets and shift allocations

* Monitor production processes and ensure smooth shop-floor operations

* Maintain product quality and minimize production wastage

* Ensure compliance with 5S, safety, and housekeeping standards

* Track material movement and maintain daily production records

* Make daily production entries and updates in SAP

* Guide, supervise,



and manage shop-floor operators

* Coordinate manpower deployment across shifts

* Support continuous improvement and efficient production practices

REQUIREMENTS

✅ 1–3 years of experience in Production / Manufacturing

✅ Experience in shop-floor supervision preferred

✅ Good knowledge of production operations and manpower handling

✅ Basic understanding of quality, safety, 5S and production reporting

✅ SAP knowledge will be an advantage

✅ Willingness to work in a 3-shift rotational schedule
