About the Role

Noori Contractor & Engineers is looking for a motivated, confident and enthusiastic candidate to join our team in a Calling, Follow-Up & Social Media role.

This opportunity is suitable for freshers, students and candidates looking to gain practical experience in client communication, lead follow-up and social media management.

Key Responsibilities

Calling & Client Communication

- Make calls to existing and potential clients.
- Communicate professionally with clients and understand their requirements.
- Provide basic information about company services.
- Maintain records of calls, enquiries and client details.

Follow-Up & Lead Management

- Follow up regularly with leads and potential clients.
- Track enquiries and follow-up status.
- Coordinate with the team regarding client requirements.
- Ensure timely communication with prospects.
- Maintain and update lead records.

Social Media Management

- Manage company social media profiles.
- Create and publish regular posts and updates.
- Handle platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and WhatsApp Business.
- Assist with captions and basic content creation.
- Respond to social media messages and enquiries professionally.
- Help maintain a consistent online presence for the company.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking on phone calls.




- Basic knowledge of social media platforms.
- Good follow-up and organizational skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
