About the Role

We are seeking an analytical, results-obsessed Digital Marketing Specialist who understands that performance marketing is an exact science, not guesswork. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid acquisition campaigns across Meta and Google, managing conversion tracking architectures, and driving qualified lead-generation and revenue growth for our client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Paid Media Management: Build, monitor, and scale performance ad campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display), and LinkedIn Ads.
- Funnel Optimization: Design, test, and refine end-to-end conversion funnels—from ad creatives and audience segmentation to landing page conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Tracking & Analytics: Implement and audit tracking architectures using Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and GA4 to ensure 100% data integrity and attribution.
- Lead Qualification & Flow: Set up automated lead routing (CRM integration, WhatsApp Business API workflows, email triggers) to ensure client sales desks receive real-time, high-intent inquiries.




- Creative Strategy Collaboration: Partner with our design and video production teams to brief, test, and iterate high-converting visual hooks, copy angles, and creative assets.
- Reporting & ROI Analysis: Deliver weekly data-backed performance reports detailing ROAS, Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Cost Per Lead (CPL), and actionable scaling recommendations.

Executed Work & Requirements (Demonstrated Proof)

- Proven Track Record: 2+ years of hands-on experience managing and scaling paid ad budgets with documented ROAS / verified lead generation outcomes.
- Execution Proof: Ability to showcase active or past campaign structures, audience testing frameworks, and conversion data (case studies, anonymized campaign dashboards, or ROI reports).
- Technical Mastery: Deep operational proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and lookalike/custom audience architectures.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable diagnosing bottleneck metrics (CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate) and executing systematic A/B split tests.
- Location: Trivandrum-based or able to commute to our Trivandrum office.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
