Digital Mitro Pvt. Ltd. is looking for confident, enthusiastic and goal-oriented candidates to join our International Sales team in Kolkata. If you have good English communication skills and want to develop your sales, negotiation and client-handling abilities while working with international business clients, this opportunity is for you!

Freshers are welcome to apply. Previous sales experience is an advantage, but a positive attitude, confidence and willingness to learn are equally important.

Job Responsibilities

- Connect with US-based businesses through outbound calls and emails.
- Understand client requirements and introduce suitable digital solutions.
- Promote website development, website redesign, SEO and digital marketing services.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain professional client relationships.
- Generate business opportunities and convert potential leads into customers.
- Update lead details, follow-ups and sales activities in the CRM.
- Work towards individual sales targets and monthly revenue goals.

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good spoken and written English communication is essential.




- Candidates should be confident speaking with international clients.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email are required.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn and a target-oriented approach are preferred.
- Candidates with experience in international telesales, B2B sales, telemarketing or business development are encouraged to apply.

Work Schedule

- Shift: US night shift, 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Weekly Off: Saturday and Sunday
- Work Location: Salt Lake, Kolkata
- Work Mode: Work From Office

Please note: This is an office-based outbound sales role involving calls to US business clients. No cab facility is provided.
